Boxes have large flat panels and reach the customer at the moment of unboxing, making them ideal for a QR code that welcomes, explains setup or invites a review. With plenty of cardboard space the code can be generous, but matte board and printing seams call for solid contrast and quiet space so it scans on first try.

On boxes, keep the code static, high contrast and linked to a stable destination. It will keep scanning without expiry and without scan tracking from us.

Why it works

Lands at the unboxing moment

A scan can greet the customer with setup help or a thank-you right as they open up.

Plenty of flat space

Big panels let you print a generous code that scans easily from arm's length.

Invite reviews and support

Point to a review page or help centre while the experience is fresh.

Track and reorder

Link to order tracking or a quick reorder so the box keeps working after delivery.
