Support
If a code is not generating, a download is failing, or something looks broken, send us a quick note describing what happened. Letting us know your device and browser, and what you were trying to do, helps us sort it out faster.
When to expect a reply
We are a small team and answer messages in the order they arrive, usually within a few business days. Please be patient if it takes a little longer during busy periods.
